The Collection of Rev. Richard Fuller Letters were written to Rev. Basil Manly, Sr. and Rev. James C. Furman during the time that Rev. Fuller was pastor of the Baptist Church in Beaufort and Rev. Manly was pastor at First Baptist Church of Charleston (1826 to 1837). Fuller discusses his health, church business and requests Manly’s opinion regarding various issues. The Furman Academy is mentioned.
