The Emrys Foundation Records are arranged in six series, then chronologically within each type.

The Emrys Foundation Records span from 1983 to 2023. The collection documents the activities of the foundation and includes annual reports, minutes, financial records, event records, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, membership, foundation publications, photographs, marketing materials, and histories. This includes information on programs, membership, service projects, and other activities.

The scrapbooks were originally housed in scrapbook binders. The contents were removed from their original binders, maintained in original order and are re-housed into acid-free folders for preservation. The scrapbooks contain photographs, newspaper clippings, invitations, correspondence, and minutes that document activities of the foundation.
