The postcards were assigned a number during initial processing and are arranged in this order in folders. The inventory listing is by date order using the sender’s provided date or the postmark date.

This collection consists of 148 postcards, sent to Mary C. Judson or Stella Rossignol. Many of the postcards were mailed to Judson and Rossignol while they were vacationing, frequently in New Jersey.

Approximately half of the postcards are addressed to Rossignol. There is one card from Rossignol to Judson in 1909. There is one card to Rossignol in 1910 regarding her father’s health, and four cards from her sister Bessie.

Correspondents include former students, (i.e. Carrie Bostick Lake, Fannie Perry Beattie [Mrs. William Beattie, Class of 1865], Lucy Hoyt, Alice Brown Latimer, Mathilde Youngblood), and other acquaintances.
