Lucille Elizabeth Bond [1912-2000], daughter of Rev. H. Floyd Surles, donated his papers in 1975.

• Church histories, directories, and bulletins were dispersed to the S.C. Baptist Historical Collection.
• A photograph of Surles (3 copies) was added to the S.C. Baptist Photograph Collection.
