The majority of the collection consists of correspondence filed chronologically by year. The remaining collection is arranged within categories where possible.

The Rev. Arnold W. Eaves Papers contains correspondence, calendars, church bulletins, reports, travel materials, and biographical information from 1971-1997, covering his years of service at Rutledge Avenue Baptist Church, Brushy Creek Baptist Church, First Baptist Church Charleston, and North River Baptist Church. The correspondence combines personal, church and convention business.
