1 - When you open Factiva, change the date from "In the last 3 months" to "In the last year."

2 - Select Subject and type in Market Share in the box.

3 - Market Share will then appear highlighted in yellow:

4 - Select Company or Industry. To search for a company's market share select Company and enter a name in the box.

5 - Your Company Name will appear on a list that you can highlight and include in the search. Now all of your search elements will be highlighted.

6 - Select Search and several results that should include the company's current market share should appear within the first five results. The second one below should be a thorough report.
