Hints for Searching:

• Use keyword searching for a narrow or complex search topic. Use the Boolean operators and, or and not to combine keywords together.
• Look at the subject headings of the records you pull up to see if any of them might lead you to other relevant sources.

• Text []or write down the call number of the book so you can find it on the shelf. Pay attention to  its location and its status.

• Once you get the book, use the index and table of contents to locate specific pages or chapters of useful information.
