Article "FLAG cut from Preview Day Fair" published in The Paladin.

2003

FLAG changed its name to the Queer Student Association.

2007

GLBT Issues Committee proposes transformation to a permanent standing committee to advise the Furman community on matters relevant to GLTB.

David Mariner ('99), becomes the executive direction of the D.C. Center for the LGBT Community.

Proposal presented to change the Women's and Gender Studies Concentration to Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
