Biographical Sketch

William E. Bomar was born in South Carolina in May 20, 1895.  He attended North Greenville Academy and Clemson College. He served in WWI in the 323rd Ambulance Company that served in the Meuse-Argonne and Belrup fronts of Northern France. Bomar was a farmer and associated with textile manufacturing before he retired. He died on October 6, 1991.
