Content Management

The Furman University Content Management  Department coordinates and oversees the growth of the library’s collections through wise selection, judicious de-selection, and continuous evaluation of information resources.

Our offices are located in the ground floor of the Duke Library in room 004 in the Library Technical Services area. We are opened from 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday year round.

We are always ready to help faculty, staff and students with identifying and ordering resources for our library. For assistance selecting materials please contact the appropriate library liaison or, for specific needs please contact:

Linda Schinck for the approval plan, GOBI and YBP. She is also our expert for music requests and DVDs

Deborah Harper for gifts, leisure, and juvenile books

Ed Babinski for print journals and  newspapers

Janet Nazar for databases and electronic access to resources and journals

For general information please email Content Management
